So I ventured downtown LA to the Fashion Disctrict and found a pretty darn close fabric for the upper.

The fabric I found is white but I will dye it grey/blue.

Here is a photo I took of it that I minipulated the color in Photoshop:

What is the Name of that fabric? I am searching for Jumbo spandex or Lycra but could'nt find the right One yet. My Plan is to upgrade my markpoons a bit. I already have Digital blueprints of the heel and ankle Part of the mag.

I don't know the name and neither did the wholeseller that I bought it from (he didn't speak English very well). It is pretty thick but stretchy. I know it is a polyester spandex. It was only $4 per yard!!! I am dying it right now with Rit Dye (Grey Pearl and Teal). The trick will be to get the color just right.

Oh, I also found the correct white leather type material for the Swoosh and top area as well as the elastic bands.

Yeah, they probably should have kept up with it and shipped them as they were paid for... Probably just turned into more work than they expected. This is the RPF, _we_ should understand that better than most. :cool

Did they mention if it was over night or otherwise?

I work graveyard, so I'm sleeping during the day. Any package shipment that comes to my house is usually between 10am and 2pm (most carriers) and I do know that they will require a signature. I don't want to miss *THIS* package!

*UPS 1 or 2 day air, signature required, and they should be there Friday. We will send tracking #s Thursday too.*

I ordered the hyperdunks from this website early last year.paid $80. delivered to uk no problems. Very good quality and are lasting well ( they get worn every week ! Congrats to all who won the real deal.
 
I was also told Friday for delivery. I live in PA so I am hoping my tracking info says I will have it Friday early afternoon. I'm going to sleep in the living room tonight so that I don't miss the UPS man - it's happened before!!
 
I'm having them shipped to work... If they miss Friday, I'll have to wait until Monday... Ah well, hoping for tomorrow! :)
