I have not unglued, but cut with x-acto. With a lot of patience, and being careful not to cut the edge of the shoe, or the shoe itself. I used this

If he had the BTTF or any music playing, YouTube may have got him on that. They pulled one of mine over a year ago when I had "Beat It" playing on my sound system and camera mic picked it up.

There was a limited run made a few years back. I heard they were like $500+. They did look good though.
When I get my "female tooled" vacuum form up and running, I will be making a limited number. Note sure of when or how much just yet.
Or you make your own like I did. This version is "inspired" and not screen accurate. Still pretty cool though.

Hello guys, today I proceeded to change the left shoe. I took pictures of working with utility knife, I hope it is useful to someone.
This is the cleaning and the precision of a work done with the cutter.
He finished work I removed the excess material and cut the edges of the card pink.
Removing excess material I glued it all. I remind you that the right line to glue is 5mm above the original. The result is this, total working time 1 hour 30 minutes.

Such a clean removal.
Can anyone advise what type of glue they use for the sole? I'm torn between a few and want to ensure my Mags won't open up while I'm walking outside in public.
I'll need to use a syringe for the final top bead of glue as well.
I know some have mentioned Loctite Ultra Gel while others have advised on Locktite Vinyl, Fabric & Plastic.
Cavx uses Tarzan's Grip, and others have used ShoeGoo.
Thoughts?

When I have done the sock toe mods, I never cut anything and glued back on the line so that the original amount of fabric was preserved. Of course I am after the screen used look, not the 2011 look.
slowfinger33 I think the gel glues are going to be better here because the flex.

The shoes on my feet feel very comfortable, I avoided completely remove the pink card in order to have a base of support for the insole, and glue. As you were advising. Tomorrow I will make a picture with their shoes on. A day cavx we correspond via PM for the soles.

Nice toe mod.
I have only replaced the outer sole by replacing it with a 'cavx special', but I found that small spots of super glue to hold things in place while the Shoe Goo dries (takes a few hoursat least) works well for that. Don't use too much super glue as it won't flex. The shoe goo hasn't even started to come apart yet and I've worn these about 15 times since I replaced the soles, with lots of walking. I imagine shoe goo would work for uppers as well. The superglue is just to hold things tightly together while they dry.
I really should do that toe mod to my HCs but I havent even had time to wear them anywhere yet as they are.

Yes and you only need a drop as you work along. Too much and the superglue never seems to set.

Could You Make Me One And How Much Would It Cost Or How Did You Make Yours?
My bag cost me over $200 to make. It was supposed to be a $50 project, but just blew out.

It's about making a new one that is bigger. Because the one on the V2 and on the HC are really short and the material used on those models is not "lethery" like the RD.
Cavx posted a pattern on my post about Homemade Black Mags and maybe here too but there is so much pages ^^
