I think the adhesive from the lip has given up, but the adhesive between the upper and the inner foot area is still there, keeping the toe shape. I say that because there appears to be no shoe tree in this link below. Where is that picture from? I've seen the shoe, but not in a pic like this before

I would suggest that the shoe has been stuffed. Even if massaged into shape, I don't think it would normally sit that way.

Then controlled, quick short bursts and you should be fine. If it ever becomes too hot to the touch, then you have gone too far the heat. The heat is to soften the glue, not melt the part off the shoe.

I ended up removing the 4 parts off both shoes in a bit over an hour.

And to me he's light years far from stupid hehe, he is the person that inspired me and gave me this envy and passion modifying MAGs, his willing to always build the most accurately done pairs, his love for the well done details to match RD shoes, his patience to answer questions and his down earth side

What's up guys, I'm a bit stuck and wondering if there is advice, or to trouble shoot my situation.

Currently working on the LEDs in the ankle bubble. First time at this kind of thing, grew up quite handy. 3volt 3mm LEDs. 10ohm 1/2 watt resistors. The LEDs on the right shoe don't light up for green. The ones on the left shoe wont light up Yellow. I've followed all that I can see, and I feel I have it all right. I'm not sure how I could double check it.

If I have to make them again, that's fine, I'll probably do it better. But wondering if anyone has any ideas.

(I'm aware the wiring is backwards on one. It was my first try and compensated for the wiring when I realized.)

I just updated my clear sole thread because I am pretty happy with these.

The new US9.5/10 next to an older US13 part.

So all I did here was glue the sides to the base to make the flat parts into the complex 3D shape. Looks much better now

And how the heel look when fitted to a shoe.

Ok, So I will be opening a junkyard post soon, I will have premade Strap Lights either without or with the White Leather straps.
Will have the stick on logos provided also.

That would be really really awesome, what about the EL soles panels, do you think you could make these too ?

Could you provide different colors ?

I would be interested into yellow EL for the strap.
And if you are considering doing the EL soles panels i would be looking for size 10 white panels.

So small and medium sizes are ready now and I will get the molds made for the larger sizes later next week.
