Another update from David. I got pictures of the box and accessories, as well as confirmation that the pair with red forward lights is not indicative of what will be shipped. He says it is fixed and all shipped pairs will have the proper LED sequence (green, yellow, red)

I'm curious how the charging ports work. Also, if the rubber is UV stabilized at all or if the grey soles and clear parts will turn yellow over time.

Is there anything you can coat the soles with that prevents yellowing if they aren't UV stabilized?

All i can think of is Salon Care products, they de-yellow clear soles after its happened. Google or Youtube for "salon care clear soles" and some good results should pop up. Nope, still waitin on how to prevent it from happening, we only have remedies for after they already yellow, its just a thing that will happen i guess

No. Non UV stable rubber goes yellow right to the core even if it is a solid color. Just look at some of the V2 mid-soles.
Because the fact that the outer soles are transparent means that UV light passes right to the core. Coating or not, they will still go yellow if the rubber is not UV stable. Lets hope they are.

I'm surprised I didn't notice the wrong placement of the sticker on the box. I hope that was done just as a quick thing just for the picture. Also I think the fabric they used for the shoes is darker than it should be. But lighting always plays a role in this. Anyone that gets these and also has a pair of RDs should be able to know if this is true.

Got MP's, V1's, V2s & HCs instead just missing the 'sport' version (but the black ones of that are on the way lol thanks aliexpress ads)

But if these "V3s" actually get sent out, I think the people with RD's might want them to add to the collection..... more likely to be worn if nothing else

Its 5% more to purchase via paypal.
You need to submit an order first. Then contact them with your order number for how to pay via paypal.
They of course told me they would offer a discount if i payed through western union instead.

The only time I've paid a big amount with WU is after actually meeting the guy I was sending to. I'd rather cop the 5% (though it should be 3.5%) and know you have a come back if he does not deliver. WU is too risky here.

I'm looking into getting the black "sport" myself. They are selling on Amazon US now along with the grey "sport".
Waiting for them to send heel-to-toe measurements so I can get whatever size is the same as my HCs.

I'm going back and forth over whether they will become another pair of Nike's or if I'll dress them up as another brand....likely Adidas.

I don't know about these "sports". For an extra 50 bucks, you can get the fully branded V2 and know that with some small (or major) mods you can get pretty close for 1/3rd the cost of these new shoes.

I agree with DragonGalvy. I see owners of the 2011 shoes buying these new 2016 shoes for kickers so they can proudly display their "piece of NIKE footwear history) and still wear something that only the sharpest eyes will pick up as copies.
