try putting a hair dryer nozzle into the shoe. The glue holding the insole on will become soft with heat, and removable without ripping if you are careful.
You may also need to scratch the glue with a hobby knife if it is still holding on very strong. Pull the insole up, the glue will stretch a little if warm, then cut the glue. Then pull a bit more, and cut the glue a little more. It can take time if they put a lot of glue, but then the insole comes out without being ripped.
(I took out the stock ones and put good insoles in my V2s to make them have better cushioning)
For other shoes that have glued down insoles, we Australians just leave them out in the sun for an hour

but don't do that with these - the less sunlight the V2's see the better, as I learned at my own cost.

The midsoles and outsoles go yellow, and when I cleaned them I used to put them out in the sun to dry.
Mine went even more yellow than others on here as I left them in the sun each time after cleaning.
