Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

Most likely between the $400-$700 range. But as in the UA Nike Yeezy 2, UA Jordan models and other UA Nikes, it will drop in price shortly after. And just like the V2, stock will be available for a while after.

If history is anything to go buy, these will be listed at the said $680, then when it comes time to be shipped, you will get an email asking for more money. If they really can replicate these shoes to 99%, then these will be over a grand.

The V2s were first listed at $109USD. We all placed an order and then suddenly the email none of us wanted came in. Suddenly they became $250 and some as high as $500 and the price has only dropped this year to be $200 or the best $175.

@SpecillK thanks for the info. Will these new V3's be left over stock from the 2011 Nike Mag release, or will the be fresh batches replicating the 2011 (or 2015 release for that matter) from another factory?

J

There is no left over stock from the official 2011 versions & there is no way Nike would let a pair of the 2015 versions out of their sight. Just replicas.

I had a rant about this the other day and I am sorry, I have to rant again.

For some reason (which is beyond me), people think that when a business (be it multi national company or just a small home operated one) invests a metric crap tonne of money into a project, that there is going to be a 50~90% failure rate leaving a stack of "B stock" product to be had at virtually give away prices.

Where do people get that dumb idea from?

Clearly they have NEVER gone into manufacturing.

Rant over (for now).

if they make something more accurate, it would be a huge step (and with EL lights !!!!).
If there is powerlaces... That's a bonus but to me it is not so important as it will add an extra cost to a shoe that will probably be around 200 / 500$

But technology is here so it'll come somedays for cheap... Remember Blake Bevin's powerlace system.
I guess/hope that she's involved with Nike on the RD powerlaces system because we don't have any news since this... And the story with her gand mother...

Presenting the V2.5 :

On a TV show :

And there are others who are making cool stuffs (but it is a V1 proto...) :

Is he digging a big hole in the back yard?

That is worst thing that could happen to a pair of shoes, any shoes.

I do video calibration work and from time to time, I have worn my MAGs to the job. If I wearing my Jordans, they get left at the door, but when it is my MAGs, they get carried into the home theatre where I am working.
