Yeah. I had a feeling this would be the case. That's why I got my refund about 2 weeks ago. Too many delays broke the camel's back.

Been waiting for you to chime in on all this. I've been on the fence on whether or not to cancel, and actually leaning toward canceling, but after seeing this, I think I'll hang on and wait it out. Seems lik they are being rather transparent and upfront about things. Or so it would appear.

I agree with leiter22... I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I really would have wanted the shoes in time for Christmas but I'd rather have better quality shoes at a good price.
As the other websites are price gouging the inferior quality shoes. Shoesbag is being honest and are protecting their customers.

I've been hanging back a bit, but now I'm moving full steam ahead trying to get a refund from LebronJames10. Since they refuse to even respond to my attempts at contact.
While going through my records, it appears they also overcharged me. So I have multiple avenues to pursue with getting my money back through my credit card company, if and when it comes to that.
And I'll keep working on my Mags until we have more reliable information on these bad boys. At that point I'll decide how badly I still want them.

man im glad i got a private supplier and don't have to go through these sites anymore, the process is painful because they take no care w/ such an abundance of customers and their paypalss are taken down because of so much activity plus you can't really trust them

I could have told you that a while ago. Lebronjames10 is one of those domain names that has multiple owned by the same operation. My initial order was placed with one of these sites, and I pursued a fraud claim with my cc company long ago. Got my money back almost immediately. Good thing too because the website told me it would take 1-3 weeks for a refund to go through. It's already passed that window. I'm assuming you'll get the same, so I'd suggest going straight to your cc's fraud dept.
How did you get a private supplier? Details about this would be nice.

i know him from a forum for replicas, there are a couple suppliers that work almost individually with our forum users and since we know them personally more than anyone else we know if they're trusting or not, jason is name of this supplier
pm me if you want more info and forum site, I think its a little too much to put it out like this :sleep he will work with you and be honest if the mags are really being retained/out of stock- i haven't talked to him about them in 2 days (because i lost interest in the mags) and now suddenly all these sites seem to be pulling them off their listings

The lights in these knockoffs look like cheap Christmas lights. You can get MUCH better quality from radio shack. It doesn't even look like they tried...And has anyone contacted them about the velcro on the upper and also the problem that the upper shouldn't be two pieces? It's supposed to be one seem going down the back.

It was already known that the electronics would be crap. Honestly, I could live with the quality of them as is right now. I was going to take out the electronics and replace them anyway. The only semi big problem for me is the tongue. That material looks like crap, but easily replaced though. But it doesn't matter anyway. We're all going to have to wait for the new ones. Would this make the ones next month the V3s?
Just got off the phone with my credit card company, I should see a charge back in the next 3 days. Easy peasy. Now to decide what to do with money...be responsible and pay for some small business costs I have OR buy something prop related?

My thoughts exactly. You can call me an optimist, but it seems to me that this video warning is essentially what shoesbagonsale is telling us. This first batch is bad quality and overpriced. We're going with another factory so please be patient and wait another month. I'm guessing on this next one, but they probably realized that ****ty quality and high price makes no business sense and they just cannot make a decent profit with them. It's possible they're even returning the first batch. I'm personally glad they aren't willing to send me an inferior product. I can wait one more month
