NIKE MAG Knockoffs

I have little to add but on a skype chat with a shoesbagonsales rep that I have talked with before she said they are taking their photos of the shoe this week. I'd take that with a grain of salt but thats what I've been told. I've read a couple posts and people are suspicious (rightfully so) and wondering why they don't just use those (leaked?) prototype pics and I have a simple answer. They don't look professional. That might sound weird but even replica companies try to make their products look as authentic as possible, even downright misleading. Heres an example.

Anyway I think we'll see something soon, crossing my fingers. Looking forward to the other props in here too.

Yeah, those Yeezy 2s look good in pics, but when you see them in YouTube videos, they look terrible.

In all fairness, a person who says "you really havn't seen any of my work" should have a nice little portfolio of photos to back up their claims. I think it would be nice of you to "throw together" a little collection just to see what your talents and skills truly are.

At best we'll get a near-accurate shoe with plenty of manufacturing problems and with a shoe like the MAG I can only imagine the nightmare of faulty lights and other wiring problems. Its a good thing people here are as open as possible to altering/modification, I think by the end of this we'll see a lot of really neat shoes. As far the silhouette/shape who knows if they fixed that toebox, it'll be a real bummer if they didn't but hey even those prototype pics look pretty damn good. We have to keep in mind the poor picture quality too. I saw a hand-made NIKE MAG on a youtube feed and the bad camera made all the lights looks orange in unison but in reality they're all different colors.

Did you just make an order with shoesbagonsale.com or have you been waiting 3 weeks like most of us here?
 
unlike most here I actually don't have a pre-order in, I'm just waiting as patient as I possibly can for their official release and if I can't snag a pair when that time comes I'll just have to wait for the next batch

Ill work on it. In the meantime my focus is to finish this current project to put some skepticism to rest. Not everyone wishes to reveal their trade secrets, hope that can be respected...if not then i dont know what to tell you guys.

I just bought early because I wanted to see for myself if they can make a good replica of the Air Mags. $130 is a small price to pay in my opinion.

TBH its a great investment even if these replicas aren't perfect.. people are paying half an appendage for anything remotely close to the screen used MAGs/2011 pair so these will have a nice resale value.

They just don't want to have to pay the full appendage for the 2011 pair lol

But you must have at least some kind of photographic evidence that you can "slap up" on the forum. Something you made in the past. Otherwise, how do YOU even know what you're capable of? You might...suck. Respectfully.

Yeah, if I don't like the shoes, I'll probably sell them off. I'd much rather pay more money to someone here that can make a really great replica.

Why dont you try searching here first before assuming I havent posted anything. So far I have posted my Two Face coin, King of Men ring, Freddy mask and Razor Glove. Thanks.

I just checked out your stuff. Looks really great. I just assumed that you hadn't posted anything because of your fairly low post count and the tone of your previous comments. My bad.

But having seen that your not just all talk i'm eager to see what you have in store.:cool

Its cool...I was called a troll in this thread as well for low post count. New members arent always inexperienced or new to fabrication...we all have to start somewhere and that post count is at 0. Will post work on the shoes within a few days.

Yeah, the Dent coin is a lovely piece. The fire damage effect is very well done.
