I like the retro look box art by staermose....really an iconic prop replica.

staermoose, artwork is top notch as always! Love your work!!! But I am wondering why there are water drops in there? Are you teasing all the collectors who won´t get one of that edition by showing them how their tears of joy would look, once fallen onto the packaging? Or what is the motivation behind them?

The answer is probably more simple than you would have expected. In the movie Blade Runner it more or less rains all the time. Or at least it does in some of the most iconic scenes. Therefore I reasoned that most stuff in that environment must be either wet or have raindrops on them. As if the box/package was jut brought in from the outside.
It's just a small nod to the weather conditions

Yeah, I reckoned it was something like that. It´s funny, due to it raining all the time in the movie I tend to forget that. Same goes for Se7en or The Crow
I guess I´ll have to break out that ol´ BD DVD again some time soon

We have just secured 50 pieces of the PRO RETAILER EDITION for the US market.
Once they are gone, there will be no more available.
