New Predator Pepakura Armour ready for download

This is rediculously AWESOME! I have been playing around with two ideas to this.
1. Cutting out each piece and cutting off the tabs, gluing it to plastic---like a soft plastic trashcan. Then I cut it out. This is proving to be difficult, as I don't know how I'll attach the pieces together---I would need a strong glue.

2. I have been thinking about the foamies--thin foam sheets. Has anyone tried to build these from foam sheets? I think the foam sheets would work great, but I think fiberglass resin makes foam go all gooey--doesn't it? Anyways.

Can these be re-edited to be built by cutting out pieces of flat plastic?

Couldn't I just paper mache the final product then put on a layer of fiberglass resin?

Just throwing out some ideas. I love this program. I found the Iron Man Helmet and Hellraiser sliding Puzzlebox for Pepakura Viewer.

and as far as putting together the plastic cutout pieces of armor i would suggest hot glue gun!!!!

Sorry all, the Gaunlets are not ready ready as they are a bit of a mess in places and I have to edit them before unfolding, I only uploaded the picture for you to see whats they will be like, I now have 2 versions to unfold, version two is the classic predator 1 gauntlets, both sets will hvae the blade and computer versions. Also I did put two links for the crotch download, well spotted.... oooopppps sorry.

I have some work to do with my normal job for a while, but I will be back with more Predator stuff very soon.

Have fun..........

I see someone found a few of my old files Movieman, I remember when you unfolded the files I had for the Stargate helmets for the Jaffa characters. I think you also did a unfold of either some of my Elder Scrolls or Warcraft files don't remember which ones. But something you should know the belt pieces for the predator files I have that you've unfolded so far need the 3D files worked on more there's a ton of open edges and other problems with them. The chest I'm surprised you were able to unfold it definatly had to be a challenge but I'm glad someone got around to unfolding some of it.

Hey I would just like to let everyone know that I am the one who modeled the two bio's, bollomonkey is a guy from the 405th who is a unfolding beginner and I really appreciated it. I would like to request that my name is at least put in the first post instead of just the unfolder.

And AWESOME jobs on those unfolds! And Nintendude thanks for actually getting the files... good to see you over here, 405th has just gone to hell.

Simple enough pretty much noob members have taken over the site. Harrassed modelers and unfolders to the point of where none of us want to do anything anymore heck even I've shut down my 4shared but I'm still getting bugged by people. I have about 6 different Predator models from Wolf to Celtic to Elder I've got a lot of different predator 3D models on my PC now most of them are just skin changes where the 3D model is the same but the texture is different. Dragon my 3D models for the Jaffa masks were pulled but maybe Movieman still has the pepakura models. I run a website now with pepakura files here http://pepakuracollection.wikia.com where you can get a few files from.

Yeah, I did wonder what happened to your 4share. I had a few of your files (probably still do) in my pep folder. I just dont understand why the mods just dont tell the nubs to stfu until they at least read the guidelines. I mean there are LOADS of stickies explaining quite a bit of info, yet they jump right in asking the questions that the stickies already answer. Someone (a long time ago) once posted this animated short (2 rabbits talking iirc) between a 405th old skool member, and a noob. The noob was offering 50 dollars to make a master chief suit, and the long term member was explaining it may cost 10k for a full suit. The noob upped his offer to 75 dollars, then asked could he have the suit when the maker died. They just dont want to listen to reason. Perhaps Adam will seperate the forum into noobs and old skool members? It seems they cant be trusted to play in the big kids yard.

They actually did that, but to no avail. I left there when they started badmouthing the 501st because they couldn't join with their rubies suits at 14. Then someone got their underpants in a twist and hacked the site. Then add on all the people who were stealing others works and calling it their own, I can see why the mass exodus happened.

Is thay anyway that anyone can convert me the pdo file from the Backpack to PDF? I Use a Mac and there is no Viewer for it.
Hope anyone can help me.

Greetings Carsten

There is a program out there that will convert the PDO to a PDF file but I cannot remember the name of the program I think it was Universal Document Converter but I'm not sure.
