Suggestion New members posting sell threads

I know it says in the CoC about the rules of sales and such but i have notice a lot of new members posting a thread about stuff for sale and such in their first posts. Maybe if every new member got a Automatic PM when they have first arrived that welcome them to the RPF and told them that "sales are only permitted after .......time and ONLY in the Marketplace. That way they might stop posting sale thread in the other forums.

I've seen quite a few new people trying to sell stuff in the wrong areas within their first few posts. i just let the mods know about one. Maybe it should count as an infraction to get them to notice the rules?

We are already looking into ways to make sure that new members understand the basic rules, especially regarding buying and selling. Also, official warnings and infractions are already a possible outcome for making buying or selling related posts.
