I didn't pick up a Holocron when we went a few weeks back and regretted it, this is lucky! And released on my birthday, sounds like it's my destiny.

Not sure what it means but a ShopDisney tweet from earlier today said these were "all new holocrons". Go figure.

I was never a fan of this design. I liked his blaster combo better. I felt the emitter looked disproportionate (undersized) to the rest of the hilt. I am cannot be sure but it looks like the image above is the fat neck version for the blade. Hard to tell with the black background. I am assuming it is going to have the top swap for thin neck display too.

It's like when Dooku's saber was released right before Tales of the Jedi came out on Disney+. This is probably to go with the premiere of Ahsoka.

Not too crazy. Ezra’s was part of the first vote along with Qui Gonn’s when Cal won. Qui has been released already. I am thinking that they had some plans for others in the group to get released at some point regardless of vote. This is probably why the Ezra and QG were not candidates in the second vote (that Kanan won) because they were already in development for release.

It looks like this will only be sold as a set with the blade and stand. The blade is smaller and it screws in as opposed to the usual "twist and lock" of the normal legacy sabers.Plus it charges instead of using batteries.

I would like to know how it compares to the one held by Luke in the BoBF. To me that looks larger than what MR LE Yoda saber released.
I haven't seen Rebels yet and I'm not familiar with this saber, but that was my thought too. Definitely the first time I thought a fat neck version of a thin neck saber looked better.

I wonder if it’s actually kid sized or just plastic. The Kenobi toy saber is basically the same size as an accurate prop saber.
