The suspenders could be something like this. http://www.amazon.com/Burgundy-Leather-Suspenders-Elastic-Y-Back/dp/B000P0DXJ0 but with the leather strap for buttons removed.

Yes, the suspenders are wider and now have a leather patch connecting the clip and the elastic part.

Could be something along these lines - Holdup Suspender Company -casual series in solid colors for the discriminating suspender wearer - especially as that site has a picture of Capt. Jack on their homepage.

Also, the S6/S7 pants aren't rolled, they are hemmed with a cuff.

Hmmm, seems pretty accurate, although (just for the sake of nit-picking) the clips on the doctors suspenders seem slightly "chubbier" and the top part of the leather thingy holding the clip is slightly wider at the top on the doctors suspenders, whereas the ones you found have the same size on the rounded leather thing folded over. Very confusing i know, i'll try posting some pictures to prove my point

EDIT: nevermind, there actually seem to be large varation between the models, and my point is false. I think you mailed the correct supplier!
