I'm bumping this thread for more pictures.

I got this wonderful piece two days ago and OMG it's frakkin' amazing. :thumbsup

First - Rel packed up this thing so securely - it took me about 30 minutes to unwrap it all. He built a custom cardboard skeleton to prevent the fragile "wings" from getting snapped off in transit. Wow, this thing didn't even need to be double boxed - it was so secure the tips didn't even touch the sides once... not a single fleck of paint was damaged.

Soo - I got this badboy out of the box and I had to take some closeup pictures.

This baby can be lit - I just didn't have time to fire it up yet because my basement flooded over the weekend :angry (Good thing I keep everything on pedestals huh? )

Damn right i'm happy.... I'll get more pics up with the basestar lit, proper photo lighting and proper greenscreen background once I get the mess cleaned up in the basement.
