new ABC series 'Once Upon a Time'

Yeah, I remember reading that theory, it was interesting!

I didn't even catch the "I never lie" reference... he told Henry that several times. Yeah, he's gotta be Pinocchio. :lol:lol

I misunderstood my daughter (d'oh)

It wasn't Rumples son at the party. I got that ALL wrong. She said she saw August in the scene where Rumples stomps on the snail. He was holding a shovel or something.

EDIT - False alarm. There is a guy in that scene with a beard similar to August's, but it's not him.

I like the oceanic airliner flying over pinnochio in the forest :)

Great episode. Sad there's only two more in the season.

There has to be some magic in this world or the queen couldn't have gone to the secret tomb in the cemetary, crush the heart of the huntsman, and kill him in storybrook.

Yeah, I guess Rumplestiltskin don't always tell the truth (he did say none of them will remember the magic world too).

No comments yet about the finale?!

I was on the edge of my seat throughout it...

Can't wait until this fall for Season 2! Anyone have thoughts on what next season will bring?
Hoping to see Jefferson and August back as (semi-)regulars.

Anyone notice the door in the secret hospital ward with Sidney Glass' name on it?

I'd love to see more of August. Jefferson, well... :confused

It's really quite an intense episode, but...

Having a truce between Emma and the Queen is so strange. That's not what I pictured an "epic battle" would be like.

I think that truce lasted long enough for her to lead her to that elevator. Maybe til they got back to Henry but that's it.

I have a feeling they're moving to a new location, but not their original location.

Rumplestiltskin though screwed it up IMO. The queen was TOAST in storybrook. No power, and everyone knew who she was. If they wind up back in story book land, she'll have her powers...

Given the writers, I can't see it being that easy for either side.

So, what has everyone thought of the new season so far?

I have only seen the first two episodes but, so far, I'm enjoying it.

I've seen all 3 new eps, the story is pretty good! Although I just can't feel the same age parents/child reunion, it's just too weird. :lol

Other than that, I think the 2nd season is pretty good.

I guess this should stay in the spoiler tag, it's just a complaint tho...

Why did Emma bring a revolver to the enchanted forest?! She sports a glock like most police, and she used the same pistol to fight the dragon. It just feel wrong that she brought a old school revolver to the magic world.

story seems to have lost steam, and I'm losing interest. not giving up on it just yet, but i've gone from watching it intently to watching it while reading. it's not gripping me.

Don't see it as a spoiler since it's aired already.

Though, the answer would be that she didn't exactly pack for the trip. They were in the courthouse and wound up getting sucked into the other world. They had whatever they had on them.

Could also be a plot device to show what works in one world doesn't work in the other.

So what's everyone's theories on the few mysteries introduced so far:
-who is Dr. Whale? This question intrigues me. I posted my theory a number of posts ago that he was the Duke who once controlled the Dark One since there were banners with whales in the Duke's castle.
-why was there a part of Fairytaleland not affected by Regina's curse? Could Cora have been responsible for preventing it's spread? Or perhaps Rumplestilskin? Was this the land he spoke of to a young Regina (the land which me had no concern for) in which the mirror he gave her would transport its victim? (I'd like to think that it was Wonderland actually)
-and who was the guy at the beginning of the first episode? Bae perhaps? And where the heck did August/Pinocchio go?
-also, did anyone notice in the previews next week that Regina and Jefferson were standing side by side observing what seemed to be the fight between Rumplestilksin and Hook? What's up with that? Could Rumplestilskin also be the magic tutor of Jefferson?

So many questions! Argghhh!

Oh, I forgot to add. I agree with you Kevin, the same age child/parents things was really weird to process :lol
I ways wondered how they would do the reunion thing. Would they age Snow/Charming? Apparently not lol

Same for me. I haven't watched this week's episode yet. But nothing's really happening.

I do wonder what's up with Regina giving Harry up so easily. And yes that parent/child situation was weird.
