Looks like it's Emma's old boyfriend/Henry's dad from the preview that ran at the end of the episode. Least it's the impression I got from her reaction since we never see his face.

I thought they were going to stop at Space Paranoid, and then this billboard was shown in Storybrooke in 1983.

Not to mention the new characters are Kurt Flynn and Owen Flynn. Now the internet are saying Kurt is Kevin's brother. :lol
