Also to the lurkers and other followers, I humbly apologize that there has not been much significant updates. I've had alot of school to do as well as getting ready for graduation, and working my butt off so that I can buy one of BatTexan's cowls (It's a need).

But as a little "thanks for looking" Here is an image of my graduation invitations that I designed as a parody. :lol

Thanks for the tip of Elmer's Fabric glue. I've been trying good ol contact cement with good adhesion and quick grab so far. Not sure on durability yet ;-/
So who should I be looking out for at DCC? A group shot is on my to do list!

Well I'll be easy to find if you're going on Saturday (the only day ill be able to go sadly). I'll be with my girlfriend as Katniss, and other friends as The Phantasm, Spider-Man 2099, Chewbacca, a mad hatter, and maybe a mysterio.

Tomorrow I promise I will post more pics (although the update may be insignificant).

Small update: all i've been doing is layering on the slick puff paint...

This weekend I should get more significant updates.

Sounds great superboom!

Update for today. I bought glass frost and made a diamond template, as well as added a little frost at the bottom of the glass to add a cool effect when the EL Wire is on.






Also I put some puff paint on the edges of the shoulder pieces as well as painted them.



Also I found a webbed belt, but it's blue, so I painted it with spray paint. Alas I ran out mid spray, but I will get more this week since it's .99 cents a can at Lowes.

not done much on Cyclops since, jst short on funds to buy the last bits, got a little bit more done on Cpt America helmet but not enough to post the update, and just started the earpiece for the headset of my Universal Soldier costume

Okay i have a question that NEEDS answering. Does anybody know what I could use for the vial on Freeze's chest with the green liquid in it? I've had a bad time finding one so help would be much appreciated!

Well anti-freeze is that color but as far as the vial I don't know what you would use.

Yeah, I may just die water green.. antifreeze is a little scary lol. The vial will just be difficult to find.

Also I attempted to wire the fog machine, and everything worked great! I just need bigger batteries to last longer. Once I do that I will post a video

I have a couple of things like that which I was gonna use for blue liquid on the belt for my Freeze... I think they were just mini mouth wash bottles we had finished with...

A glow stick might work. The ones in the picture are for fishing, they might be the size you need to. Then you won't need to get a vial.

You can make your own glow stick liquid with baking soda, hydrogen pyroxide, and Mountain Dew. Not sure how long it lasts, but in sure there's a YouTube video out there!

Sduk, where do you get it and how expensive is it? The main reason I've used the gels is that I get them for free haha.

Andrewshaddox- we need to get everyone from the rpf in a big group photo!

Thatd be awesome to get all the RPF people together for a photo. I'm in. I'll be doing Frodo Baggins and probably an Xwing Pilot that weekend.

Ive actually looked at glow sticks as a possibility, so that may work.
