Only one little criticism: The paintjob in Lukes face appears a little too colourful in my eyes. Maybe you can reduce the coulour a little.

I can´t wait to see it in the display.

that is totally awesome - it would make a badass lawn ornament, LOL.

You should try to take a pic at the same angle we see it in the movie, and do a side by side comparison.

Very nice, always planned one of these my self. Got as far as adding the eyes to my life cast but never took it further after about ten goes at doing ears lol.

Yeah I didnt like doing the ears myself but I plan to have a fullsize Luke posed with my Vader stunt suit so I needed to do it.

Thanks for all the very kind words and suggestions fellas...

I am actually making a better version of the face out of much more realistic materials and hope to get a friend to take some better pictures with his camera because things like the finish really suffer from my shots and I really want to capture how it looks in person.

Just thought I'd show a little more progress on this....I made the base in about a half an hour today. I am getting a plaque made for it also (the one pictured is photoshopped in).

I cant decide how to finish the case though whether to use a wood top and lights surrounded by plex or just a plexi dome.

Also, the face has been fixed of the flaws over the last few months here and there and I added a glass eye and hand punched the eyebrows and eyelashes which made all the difference in the world.
