Hey all!
I'm a Graphic Designer and one of the things I design are replica "Visual Dictionary" pages from the popular "Visual Dictionary" books for various movies, books and other things. I recently released the sample for a character-based one, called a "Character Storyline Sheet" (CSS = Pun Intended :cool). I'm now working on designing a prop-based version to highlight a prop or selection of props.
CSS Sample:
As a fan of the original Stargate SG1 series, I wanted to make the sample based off of a Stargate prop, but in order to do that, I need some images!
If one of you fine folk who have a Stargate replica, of any size, wouldn't mind snapping some pictures of it (picture-information below) I would appreciate it. Or, if you have taken pictures and would not mind me using them, I would also appreciate your permission.
Everytime I use someone's images for samples, their name is always mentioned and I always send them the sample before releasing it to the public.
Picture Information:
"Front Whole" picture - in front of the Stargate with the Stargate facing you, the picture covering from the bottom to past the top, size needs to be fairly large (a 2M setting on most cameras works fine)
"Detail" picture - a picture of a chevron or lighted-chevron, something that is a detailed piece that you want to highlight.
I'd appreciate any help anyone can provide.
