Need some help with Ten Cosplay from Batman Beyond animated series

Hello! This year I've decided to get into cosplay and for my first attempt I want to be Ten from the Batman Beyond animated series for Megacon. I already have found a few sites where I could get the full body spandex suit from. I see that I'll have to most likely sew on the red eyes and the number 10 (I'm not really good at sewing but I'll give it a try) but I had a question about the lips. I'm not sure if that's part of the costume that Melanie wears (red fabric) or if that's lipstick that she's wearing or does it matter? Also any tips on how to get the eyes and Ten right? Fabric suggestions?

You can use silicone or foam for the ten and the lips und for the eyes , sunglases or red pelxiglas

i'd make a face shell from a paper mache craft mask and wear it underneath with red contacts and red lipstick (will make it more animated looking) good luck im about to begin my batman beyond suit
