Need Help With Rubies Berserker Costume.

I just bought a predator costume online and there is only one problem, the mask is realy floppy, does anyone know how to stiffen and strengthen it?

When I did my Rubies bio I used car bondo on the inside of it to stiffen it up.But with the mask it might be to stiff tho.There was also a thread on here that someone did on the bio useing screen door mesh and wood glue to stiffen it up.That would stay flexible also while stiffening the mask I would think.

Hope this helps.If the mask is big on you than you can fill it with some foam also.

I used plastic from a 5 gallon plastic can (lowes $5) and cut it into the shape of the bottom face panels right and left. Make it so it covers the two panels on each side and cut a score line where the bend is. I used gorilla glue and clamps and left overnight to cure. It's so sturdy I was able to screw tusks and they held without bending. Warning: don't get glue on the eyes it won't come off.

Do you think that using thick cardboard instead of plastic is a good idear?
