I'm just going to go right back downstairs to The Monster Lab and pretend that I never read this "clarification". If I think about answering this "question" at all, I'll just get more riled up.

OK, I'll bite. In the interest of helping you get somewhere, at least a little bit, I'll give you the magic word: "pepakura". Pepakura is the paper-folding technique where you download a template, print it on your printer, and then fold and cut the cardboard into a 3-dimensional shape. So, in other words, you need to search the Lair for a P1 pepakura bio template.

I'm going back to The Monster Lab now. I need to drill some holes into stuff.

ya i dont think a card board bio would work you would have better chances making one out of pepakura or even buying some styrene heating it up and molding pieces together with jb quick or some type of super strong adhesive but even than it problably would not look right. I gotta wonder though are you wanting a good looking bio or just to have something that resembles a bio because chances are your not going to get what you really want. Please dont take offense but cheaping it out just equals a cheap outcome my advice buy a raw cast bio and prep and paint it trust me you will be much happier with the outcome and look.

thanks big time bro but if u could find it that would be awsome
Just to disabuse you of the idea that this is how this place works right away, it isn't. If you want something, put the work in to get it. If not, that's cool too, but you're going to end up spending a lot of money that way. No one is going to help someone who is too lazy to even search for something they want. Well, maybe Jesus.

See this thread: Predator Bio pepakura and this thread: bio helmet pep file

Got this from a Google search for "pepakura predator biohelmet template".

(The first result, for enpokar1986.nets.hk, is a complete garbage site.)

Here's another one, offsite, at the Replica Propmaker Forum.

Now that I've done you a favor, maybe you can help me in repayment: Could you give me a few tips on how to get the gear spacing right when I'm building my own mechanisms? It's been an annoying process of trial and error every time I try to make one, and I'd like to have a more repeatable process.
