How can i fix soft Foam Dreads on my Latex mask?

Which Glue or...????

ronin told me with "Crazy"Glue,but here in Austria is no Glue that called "Crazy"Glue...does that mean Silicon Glue or...?
And what Glue to Mounting the Beads on the Dreads..?
