I'm literally seeing ponchos when I close my eyes. I'm trying to source this:

Thus far, that is the only picture of it. Any help would be much appreciated. Anybody even know what type of poncho it is? I've searched for western, aztec, navajo, inca, indian, and cowboy ponchos and I can't find anything close.

I've bought and sold a few NA textiles, but it's so hard to tell without more pics to go from! The colors & block style of the pattern look like old Navajo to me. I'd start looking at blankets and especially saddle blankets as well. Looks to be a rather small piece.
Good luck,
Jeff

I honestly think the pattern is a Pendleton vintage Indian blanket. A Horse (saddle) blanket would make sense and I have seen those on-line too-not cheap, but authentic. It looks as if it is "reversible". another feature of many of the wool blankets, the weave is opposite on the reverse.
