Need help identifying a few parts

I am building a Studio Scale UFO model but hit a road block on a part or parts?
Any help at all here ??

The cylindrical part looks like its from the Revell Everything is Go kit. I don't know about the round part on the top.

It's certainly from the Revell kit. It's a popular kit for Anderson model makers.
