Ok small update. I think I settled on a few things.
I'm going to give it a go with the one piece wetsuit posted above. I did a test fitting duct taping the armor to the wetsuit and wore everything around for a couple hours.
It was pretty hot but manageable. What was not manageable was the sweat in the cowl. It was out of control.
Running into my eyes and down my mouth.
Does anyone have any tips that have helped them with sweat control inside the cowl?
I used a wicking balaclava which helped until it became saturated then it was niagra falls.
Also was going to use Ben Nye makeup and sealer but am concerned with it getting all runny and smeary in my eyes when trying to manage the sweat.
Someone recommended the black out stuff that athletes use but am concerned with how difficult it might be to remove when done.
I also did find an adhesive that I'm going to try.
Barge Infinity contact cement combined with the infinity rubber solution and additive.
The company said that this version of Barge would bond to urethane and neoprene so hopefully it will be strong enough to hold up with the neoprene wetsuit being stretched so intensely.
Also if anyone has any helpful advice on any gear that would store a cellphone/wallet.
And would be great if there was another way to conceal a water canteen or camel back etc...
