My WIP Jason Voorhees mannequin

Here's the first couple of pics of my WIP Jason part IV Mannequin:

I made the 6'5" mannequin myself.

I have a set of latex hands on the way, at the moment he is handless and it's throwing the look off a bit.

Loads still to do on this:

Padding the torso and legs to bulk him up a bit more
Weathering the clothes and boots
Add the hands and modify the right hand to hold the machete
Make and add a set of glass eyes behind the mask

What do you think so far?

More pics as I progress.

I think it looks ace.

Did you modify a mannequin? Or build from scratch? I modded my ROTj trooper so it had the right stance and that was difficult enough.

Great start. Will look even better when weathered up!

Thanks mate - no, I built it from scratch using PVC tubing, wire mesh, foam padding and duct tape.

Looks so COOL thumbsup... What type of clothes(brands) is he wearing? I have been wanting to do a sweet display like yours.

Thanks all - yup, he does look a bit fresh from the box, I'm about to start work on beating up the clothes to give him that 'blood splattered grime infested backwoods psychopath' look.

The clothes are a green Dickies workshirt, white round-neck cotton T, cream chinos and black workboots.

I'll post some weathered-up pics later...

Ooohh... what a darling ensemble! I can almost imagine him dancing around like a loon, in a GAP advert! :lol

Excellent display though, and a nice job on the homemade mannequin :thumbsup

Now go put the clothes on, and roll around in the backyard for 30 minutes!

One roll in the lake mud later (well, metaphorically speaking that is - I actually used some red acrylic paint, strong coffee, fullers earth and mud...) and some more mannequin tweaking later...

Next, I need to add his hands - hopefully they will arrive in a week or so, I'll post some updated pics then.
