I like what you did to the dome ridge. You planning on flattening it out further, so it loses that roundness and how did you reinforce the dome for support, in case you did that?
Regarding the face... I can see a few things that could stand some modding... but I'm sure you've thought of most of them. If you got any questions, just ask... I'm sure there's plenty of people eager to help you out! :thumbsup

What are the lenses like from the Rubies helmet? We're they the clear ones. From when I tried them on at Comic Con, I guess the lenses were the clear, but forgot cause it was like two years ago from the past.
I've did hear that someone actually changed the lenses of the helmet for better ones.

I like it already! It has that "I just tossed the Emperor down the reactor shaft" look to it. :thumbsup
As to the lenses, I have the Rubies myself, the lenses are dark tinted. Unfortunately they mount on the OUTSIDE of the sockets, so by default you get this sort of bug-eye look. And to fix it you have to dremel off some structures down in the socket to open it up.

Thanks! Yeah I need to flatten it off some. I didn't reinforce the dome AT ALL. HONEST. I just used a grinding wheel to.. well, grind the surface down on either side and then I sanded it. Still need to do a little more sanding.
I don't mind the help. I know I need to change some stuff but please tell me anyway
The lenses wern't really clear. They had tint to them but not much. They looked weird so I took them out and I'm going to add to the eye sockets and get new lenses.

Hahahaha yeah! Every time I look at it it reminds me of how Vader's helmet looked after he therw the Emperor over.

I would definitely advise you to strengthen it from the inside, so it won't suddenly break because the midsection holding it together is now precariously thin. AquaMend is an epoxy putty that has proved itself to work well as a filler and strengthener of a helmet such as this.
Well... it would be easier to help, if I knew what mods you had planned, so you wouldn't think that I'm listing all the obvious things! :thumbsupI don't mind the help. I know I need to change some stuff but please tell me anyway

If it helps at all, I see you have already filled in the fourth nose ridge...I cant tell if you have redone the thumbnail indents on the cheeks. I have seen people remove the grill entirely and replace it with square dowels to give it the right number of spokes and to make them straighter. Are you going to cut the top of the mask and dome where they meet to allow the dome to sit lower? Nice idea with the flattening of the dome stripe. Before I gave up on modding the dang thing my first attempt at that was to build it up with bondo and then try to sand it down flat into the shape I wanted...bad idea on my part.
