Your rep, as this thread, is ticking away every second that you spend not resolving this problem.

Just send Kerr the money that you would spend on the replacement crystal. Once again, am I missing something, or is it really not that easy.

Im just saying if you contact your company maybe they will have a few left, that you could replace it with.
but the real right thing to do would be to sell some stuff out of your collection to refund kerr with. if you cant afford to pay him back....

Nothing could be further from the truth. You have no financial stake in this matter, why would we make a decision based on a request of yours?

My post made it explicitly clear why we reached the decision we did. I have nothing further to add to it.

The decision will not be revisited. This thread will be locked in about 7 hours.
