My R. Cooper Sandcrawler in progress

I used some testors flat white and some testors rust mixed with yellow. I'm still gonna have to dull it down a bit though. Here's a better one showing the lighting........used the tripod for this one.

finally finished. Got the headlights installed. Still need to put the bulbs in there though. Got all the weathering done. May touch up the rust color, but I'm still not 100% satisfied with my color yet. I'm gonna look for floquil colors and see if their rust colors look better. The testors color is just too dark red. It need more yellow / orange in it. I'll keep searching. I'll take pics of the final weathering tomorrow.

WOW!!! You've really pushed a head!! Great work with the weathering. A combination of car engine problems and good autumn sunshine meant I haven't done anything since finishing the hull undercoat, but the weathers turning bad of the next couple of days
The dirtied sandy finish with the lighting on really adds to a sense of scale, particularly around the stairs and treads. I'm going to do something different with the left side hand paint work ( which was never fiinshed) along the lines of the old combine harvestor.
Well done , another great piece to add to your huge collection!!

Thanks man, yeah it definitely makes my Jawa look cool! He's like, "hey don't look at me, I didn't shrink our ride!!!!"
