Here's one that has been taunting me with its warts and bubbles for yonks now, but in line with my philosophy of 'throw nothing away, take up the challenge' I decided to do this kit. (Ask not. Won't tell :lol).

The fact that I am now watching DS9 helped alot to motivate me :lol.

So here is my Klingon D'k Tahg Dagger (3 full days in the fixing and finishing :lol)

No self-respecting geeky trekkie can be complete without a loud (!) TOS motion-sensor activated Wall Communications Panel replica, with sounds of 'whooshing' opening doors, communications beep and red alert sounds, put right next to the entrance of a prop room and left 'on' :lol

First, for the BTTF arrival, micdavis' great Welcome to Hill Valley Sign Scale Model:thumbsup

So I felt it was time to make some more space in the prop room. Last time I 'expanded' was in April last year (Post #191).

My how time flies :wacko.

Dunno if that's or though. Empty spaces make me want to fill them :lol.

Anyway, from the last expansion, I still had leftover shelves from the video racks I had removed.

Ta-Dah ! :lol

Of course, I had to relocate the stuff I removed.


As you may have realised, I have never shown anything above the main cabinet, and have always cropped the pics accordingly. That's because it had become a 'storage area' and was not a very pretty sight. However, I have now cleared it up.

I put some of the reorganised frames there, as well as displayed the first 'serious' model galleon I made some 20 years ago.

Besides the above pic, this is what the whole room now looks like.

I'll leave these pics here for a few days, and then move them to the first page.

..... and yes, there's still more space after this :lol

But that's for another 'expansion' time and round of musical chairs :lol

I had made the MOH myself using a scan from the 5th Element book by Besson. Took me days on end in photoshop, almost pixel by pixel 'fixing' it up ..... and then I deleted the whole folder from my PC by mistake :cry

Thank goodness I had printed it first :lol
