Thanks man, of course I don't offer every patient to come into my inner sanctum of props, but there are a few who appreciate my love of the films and then there is the occasional kid playing with his SW figs in my waiting room........he get's an automatic invite.

I love that this hobby reaches all walks of life. I hit 40 this year and sometime feel a little sheepish about my "toys", but we have doctors, dentists, pilots, lawyers, moms, dads, and granddads (any grammas?). I have a VERY cool dentist - he's just a couple years behind me, big guy like I am and we could shoot the **** and probably just hang out if felt so inclined. But he doesn't collect props!

I love the Jawa... but, tell me... what's the material of the blaster he has? I have a real parts build-up which is super heavy. Is it resin?

The blaster is a partial resin/authentic buildup. The metal parts of the rifle itself are resin(real wood original rifle stock), but the launcher is original all the way. Yes it's a heavy bugger. That's why my little mannequin can't hold the blaster like I really wanted.
