My next project Probe Droid Pods

Were talking about the 1/12 JPS Mk III right ?. Also I wanted to round out the last couple parts on my map the one around the 223 engine is the centurion right. I don't have the Centurion or the 1/12 JPS yet is why I'm asking.

Yes the MKIII buddy. The centurion part i have, but its not cannon to the prop, that was a nice aesthetic touch by Allan and Jason. The BT44b callipers, same deal, i added them an age ago and most followed suit, but they aren't on prop, look nice though lol.

For the 223 pod, the Panther 171 Ausf. A isn't cannon to the original prop either. I believe the correct kit is the 1/35 Tamiya Jagdpanther German Tank Destroyer (Old Tooling).

All ID's are known on this one too buddy...
Think we used Brabham rims on the engine bells.

Yes it's from the jagdpanther, it has 2 small pins. Unfortunatly I ID'ed it after having build mine, Im not sure someone used the correct parts after that, maybe Dave ?

I've picked up a JPS MKIII ,and have three 8Rads of the five needed. I'm going to be building one the same as you are as well as trying to complete an SS Prode droid in the next few months as it gets warmer. A few kits ,such as the Morser Karl cross with Pods. A bit like yourself I've never done a part for part build, but some resin kits and seeing the results the guys here have managed I'm going to give it a shot. Saw one completed at Manchester last year (along with the Falcon) and it was a sweet build. I will have to teach myself to casting, but if you don't turn up a set for the engines and can wait a bit I will be doing some. The guys here aren't joking when they said it can be come an expensive hobby , these donor kits are becoming harder to get and expensive to boot. Great part map by the way.

Yeah its a very expensive hobby but I'm enjoying it just takes time and patience. Make sure to post up all your progress allways enjoy seeing a new build even if its been done before. I know the pods have been done to death but its still neat to see a new build.

Guys if you can wait till Friday, ill check donors, i know ive got six 232 hulls, and a few spare 223's, so hang in there, and ill check.
Pretty sure i don't have a Lotus rim left, sure i already helped a brother out on that one, but ill look .

I would be up for any of those hulls right now i only have one 232 and two 223's and one of the 223's has a huge crack in it so i doubt all be using it. Also I'm light on 8rad parts so anything I have that would work out a trade I would be up for.

Now wanting to thread jump, just seems like the best place to ask:
Anyone out there have a spare 232 8Rad Body or a casting of one for sale or trade? I have 4 (needed for the Narcissus), just a waste to buy another for just the Body.
