How about heating up the wires with a blow dryer, while pulling on them with needle nose pliers?

No good. I tried that too. They are so deep in behind the eyeballs :(

The black wire snapped off when I removed the LED and it is about 5 cm in.

I even tried spraying it with WD40 penetration spray but the glue must be all the way through. It will not budge.....

There has to be a way to get at the wires.

I wonder if someone who works in electronics can strip the wire and solder a bit more on while working deep down the eye hole? Like a keyhole surgeon...
