Look what my friend gave me today. Going by the markings it's a Remington 44 caliber black powder pistol.
If anyone has any info they can add it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, my friend and I were talking about the Clint Eastwood movie Outlaw Josey Wales and he told me he had someting for me. When I showed up at work this morning he presented me with this gun. I know it isn't like the one he used in the move but it is cool as hell just the same and the price was right!:lol
