Will it has been a few years sense I did any posting. But after watching one of my favor movies! (The search for Spock) I decided I wanted a most accurate props I can build. So here is some pictures from start to finish. If you have any questions. Please let me know. I have more photos if you would like to see more. Thanks for looking. This was a fun build for me doing it the old school way. Enjoy!

Some of those greeblies are from a WWII German armored car kit, I think.

Nice scratching :)

Excellent work! The detail work looks spot on. Now all you need is the tricorder and you're ready to serve the Empire with honor!

I can't even see that communicator without thinking about that scene where Kirk kicks Doc Brown off a cliff, then orders Dan Fielding to beam him up. "Maltz! Jol yi CHOOOO!"

You should seriously consider a manufacturing run on these as kits. I would be interested, very.

Thanks for all the kind words. I did plan on doing a very short run of them. But only finished props. If you check on pass post of Klingon Tricorder, You will find I did a tricorder already! I'm thinking of doing a run of all 3 as a Klingon landing party set. Thanks again.
