I´ve been working on a vader chest box for my vader costume. And I wanted to share my progress and also get some help and tips. As this forum has all the traffic.
The thickness is about 20mm or 3/4" could some one verify these numbers, I got a comment on other thread that it could be to thin.
I put the parts on the chestbox just for test, I haven´t joined the swithces together like ESB, I still have to figure out how muc space should be between them, how does 6mm sound. Any info would help.
The box is made out of plaster and I´ve used bodyfiller to get the shape. I plan on making a silicone mold and cast the box from gelcoat and fiberglass.
