My deathstroke arkham origins build (a little help needed too please!!)

Hey guys, this is like my first build thread... ever... I am both excited and terrified. I have decided to start an Arkham Origins version of Deathstroke, I will try and keep this updated as I make progress. Not only is this my first build thread, but this is my first major costume build, SO I'M SURE I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR LOTS OF HELP ha. I've made costumes before, but none like this. I am nervous as to how it will all turn out, but I am trying to stay optimistic and I have most of it figured out.

Starting with the mask, first time with the pepakura method, but so far I am very pleased with it. I have one layer of resin on the outside of the mask, and one layer of fiberglass on the inside, and it fits perfect. I am curious though, as a general rule of thumb, based on research I have done, it sounds like people do atleast two layers of fiberglass on the inside, and three layers of resin on the outside, does that sound correct/appropriate for this mask? Also, I know you need to sand in between layers for the resin to better adhere to the mask, but how much sanding should be done? Should there be basically no shiny parts left? Please help!

That is BlackKaos' file, it was perfect and simple enough.

Can anyone answer my sanding question? How much do I need to sand in between layers of resin before I can do another layer? Should there be like no shiny parts?

My understanding on resin coating is you need to more or less scuff the whole thing. so ya pulling the shine off all areas you'll be applying to would be good I see just don't go hard enough to hit your base layer. This of course being second hand from helping my buddy do body work on his car.

The helmet does look awesome, so far should turn out great. Are you going full pep, or mixing with some premade stuff? I plan on doing one, but I won't have time to do a full build so I plan to use a bunch of airsoft and other gear.

Also for any looking this is his holster EbairSoft Airsoft parts & Tactical Gear - G CQC Holster & Plateform for 1911 black HOL00105 that's the 1911 one since thats kinda my gun, and I have a dummy pistol made from plastic. But they sell a glock as well which is the same one from the trailers.

Thanks, the mask is really all I'm pepping, I am planning on doing a full build but the rest of the armor I'm doing with foam that I cut, shape, and paint

I'm just curious but is anyone working on any Arkham Origins Deathstroke pepakura files for the whole suit that we are aware of? Or are there any out there?

hi im knew to the form and cant find the pep file anywhere could you send it to me. if you have the time. i must say it looks amazing good work.
