Mr robot end of the world party poster

Can someone please help me by making an A4 sized version of the poster i have in the image below.
I am just not sure of the colour as i have seen some versions online that are orange and some that are red and none of them have the white border around the outside.

As Mr Robot is an American show I doubt this poster would be A4, it should print ok on A4 however the borders will not be accurate.
