I seem to have a broken Neuralyzer and wonder if any one on the board has tackled this before. Electronics are fine, it seems to be a mechanical problem.
Inside the bottom half is a retractable black "lift" which holds the top half and then locks in place when pushed down. You then press the clip on the side which releases said "lift" and the top springs open ready for use.
I can no longer close the Neuralyzer and the top half no longer locks in place. The problem looks to be with the black "lift". When pushed all the way down it no longer locks in place. It seems to be that the only way to fix this problem would be to take of the clip on the side and remove the bottom portion to take out the black lift. Is this possible? I don't know if the smooth bottom end cap can be taken off. Has anybody attempted to disassemble their Neuralyzer?
Thanks!!!!
