I was checking throughout the day, and it seemed to go on sale about 3pm EST. It may be different tomorrow, though.

The sale times are as follows:

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)

The scavenger hunt will be going on for two weeks, Monday through Friday.

So far there's a pattern where each day starts at the time the previous day finished. Make sure to watch around then.
