So last year for MegaCon here in Orlando, I dressed up as Mr. Freeze
This year, I'm upgrading from the plastic version you see here to a foam armor. With much more cool stuff. I'm running into an issue though, and was hoping someone here could help. I have a control server board and I have it programmed and ready to go. The problem is figuring out a hinge system for it the Dome is a 13.5" circle and its sits inside another 13.5" circle. I have a hinge at the very back. I need some kind of hinge system for the servos to attach to to lift and drop the lid. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have some moldable plastic I got from Radio Shack that can be used if that helps.
