MR Fett coming from eFX?

Just curious if anyone has heard if eFX is planning on re-doing MR's Fett helmet? Considering the glaring visor problem I think it would be worth while to address this issue so those of us who purchased MR's Fett can dump them on ebay and buy a superior helmet from eFX ;)

Anyway, just a thought:)
 
I'd rather see new lines than just fixes of MR cockups is there anyone on the eFX team that wasn't on the MR one ? are they going to be using different factorys ? will their stuff be superior ?
 
At least to me, the visor problem is pretty minimal. Maybe on my helmet it is not as bad or noticeable as on some, but the Fett helmet is so awesome I don't even realize the visor is crooked.
 
Yeah, I think if anything they'll do Jango. They don't want to repeat too much of what they did with MR.
 
Jango would be a better idea and a new market. Plus I have enough Boba helmets, I dont have any room for one more.

I think that the best thing for efx would be to do a ROTJ Boba Fett helmet, that way they could use the MR tooling and just change the paint job.

I really hope that eFX produces helmets that were not available before from a licensed vendor or if they do maybe a better quality of helmets. If they rework helmets maybe they can do the Altmann line which was so bad that I would not waste the money on.

OK, let me be the first to say it...

1) Fiberglass BIKER SCOUT, please

2) A CE run of helmets, similar to the MR Stormtrooper $130 version. Make a Biker Scout, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Death Star Gunner, Fleet Trooper, etc. To avoid cost on the Fett, just make it pristine, and let the fans weather it to their liking.

I'm just saying...

Haven't we had enough of close enough yet ?
I wan't to see some CE type accurate helmets at least in shape :thumbsup

And i'd rather an accurate ABS Scout helmet not fibreglass it's not like the originals were fibreglass.

You're never going to see an accurate ABS scout helmet made by a licensed company due to the way the originals were made.
The originals were cut off the forming mold (as that is the only way to form them correctly) and the seam was not hidden.
Best you could get is a multiple piece helmet in ABS, but then it wouldn't be film accurate.

Same with the royal guard and some of the other rotj helmets.
