More tap handles (handwheels) in ANH?

Something else I noticed while watching ANH in HD recently. Not 100%sure if these are the same model of tap handle that's on Obi's saber but they certainly look like tap handles to me! There's a whole bunch of them in this scene.

It's amazing how many new details are being spotted now we have HD. It certainly does look like a tap wheel, but I'm thinking a lot of these button and dial greeblies could possibly come from stereo and amplifier equipment from the time period. Many of those had large shiny dials/buttons made from brushed steel or chromed plastic.

They would've been easy to obtain if they had access to any discarded or faulty equipment lying around. They do just pop right off with leverage from a screwdriver. I know I've pilfered loads from old stereos and other electrical appliances from the local tip in my time for custom saber and blaster parts:lol Are there any positive ID's for any of the control greeblies used on the sets?

Excellent. I've been noticing those in the gunner port on the falcon forever now,but could not freeze the frame on my DVD clear enough. If those are it, the caps look different.
