Mods feel free to move if in the wrong spot.

Just finished modifying my fiberglass mannequin. Thought id show it off. Doing a display similar to what Tom Spina does with his costume displays for my screen used IRON SKY MOONTROOPER costume. Will work on carving the base out of foam next.

Alot of the male mannequins out there are in very effeminate poses or model poses. I was looking for something with a more masculine, military stance. Found one that was close to the pose I was looking for on EBay. Just had to cut the legs apart and use GREAT STUFF EXPANDING FOAM to fill in the cavities and glue everything back together in the pose I want. Carved the shape back in.. Put fiberglass resin and Matt on top to rebuild surface. Super strong. Put Bondo on to finish it up Cut feet down so I could get boots on. . Flexible arms from YANKS MANNEQUINS. Got some flexible foam hands that I modified so I could insert them into the new arms. Since it will be covered up there is no real need to paint.
