Damn Neil, that is so frakking awesome!

congratulations on such a beautiful piece of art!
JUST PERFECT! :love:thumbsup

Wow...I'm really glad this thread popped up to the top, somehow I'd managed to miss it completely! That is really stunning Neil, congrats!

I am speechless! My jaw hit the floor looking at this! How many hours did you put into that suit?? It is incredible. I hope you get to work on the Halo movie! I'd pay to see a bunch of these running around blowing things up.

No matter how many times I look at this it is still amazing!!!!! Words cant describe how jealous I am of your skills!

Amazing work, really love the Halo stuff... CQB is one of my favourite armour types - Final marks definitely deserved!!!

Neil,

Been a fan of your work since you posted your roadster project. Not sure if I said but I'm pretty sure that friends I have at the same uni as you (if I remember right it was Hatfield?) and I've shown them this and they've all been gobsmacked.

Really really brilliant work.

Have you got any career stuff lined up now? Where are you looking to go? Commissioned work or TV/Film?

Matt

Great work , cant believe i missed this thread . Could'nt believe it was vacformed and had to read it all to verify ! Thats some of the best vacformed armour i have seen and attention to detail on those molds is top notch, i too thought they were cnc'd at first. Good luck with the current project i can see a lot of demand ahead for your obvious talent....... PS I hate you :lol

this is rather amazing work sir! Although im not much of a Halo fan I respect the art and skill that went into this amazing armor, Id love to see someone make an Iron Man suit such as this, vacuumformed and flawless.

PS.-love the website.

Hi guys,
Wow! I can't believe this thread still has some legs. Thanks for the kind words everybody!

Matt,
I've been on the final Harry Potter for the last 6 months, but that is coming to an end soon...so I'll be out scratching around for work again, but I think 2010 will be a good year for the UK studios...there are some interesting rumours going around :)

fabrik,
There are a few WIP shots in post 36 just in case you missed them....I don't have many more worth showing

Cheers
Neil
