@Billy. They are actually pretty accurate. The ridge on the green helmet coul be higher, and the eyes could be more pronounced on both helmets, but that can all be corrected with the sculpy.

EnderX - sounds good with the black ranger helmet as soon as it's finished. For some reason I have been procrastinating? I hope you can get your template off the ground. If not then let me know if you want the green ranger shield........FYI I'm also currently working on a white ranger shield also and the helmet, wrist, belt buckle and thigh pieces to follow.

I am working on a few ranger helmets as well, but have put it on hold to make mini ranger desktop helmets. Been getting a lot of response for it over at rangerboard!

If you wanted to be able to drink out of the helmet, how about making the mouth section be removable? Maybe cut it out and use earth magnets to attach it back. Or maybe a hinge?

The ranger helmets from the movie the mouth piece and visor was able to be removed without taking off the helmet so the actors could breath, drink and be a little more confortable. There are pictures on the internet. I'll see if I can find the pics.

Okay, I think I have found my first pep project! I was thinking of Iron Man, but after seeing this, I think I will attempt a Pink Ranger for one of my daughters. I made her a Pink Time Force Ranger outfit years ago, but she has always said she would like an MM Pink Ranger outfit.

Now I just have to find a pep file.
