405th is your best bet. Not sure if you have seen it but they have a Halo 4 pep request thread there. If its not on 405th then chances are its not been modelled yet. All the new Halo armour will at some point be made over there it's just a matter of time and interest for that model. If enough ask then the guys that model over there will do it but as they are getting requests for everything H4 they have a huge amount of work ahead of them.
