I was intrigued by these specs as well--and by Chance's wristwatch. I found a larger version of the picture you posted and went hunting on Allyn Scura, a purveyor of vintage and vintage-inspired frames. Many were close, but none exact. To judge from the eye shape, these might be women's frames. Also worth noting is that they are not perfectly clear, but frosted.

Reminds me of uk mens old national health service (NHS) glasses. Seems there's a revival with the style and a quick search turned up these:

First thing I said when I saw him in the movie, was about the NHS specs, I reckon they are probably bespoke but since SRS is British and from the era of dodgy NHS specs, he probably had a decent hand in them.

If anyone is still interested, I am 99% sure they were made here:

If I remember rightly the design was indeed based on a vintage NHS frame. The material is matted crystal acetate.
