Blad Sr Member Apr 10, 2007 #4 That's a Russian Army dress uniform, Lt. Col. You'll find loads of medals from the Soviet era on eBay. Lots of replicas too. If you don't want to invest in real medals you can just buy some ribbon and use large coins.
